Festive, fruity, spicy ... we've got your new gin-based Christmas cocktail of choice from Salcombe Gin

Serves 1

Salcombe Gin 'Start Point'
Luscombe Cranberry Crush
Luscombe Passionate Ginger Beer 100ml
Fresh lime juice 5ml
Fresh ginger 3, sliced into thin julienne matchsticks
Cranberries 10, fresh or frozen
Mint sprig

  1. Add the gin, lime juice, 5 cranberries and 2 slices of ginger to a Boston shaker glass.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Fill a large highball with ice.
  4. Souble strain the mixture over the ice into the glass using a Hawthorne strainer and fine sieve.
  5. Add the Cranberry Crush followed by the ginger beer and stir.
  6. Garnish with the remaining cranberries, mint, ginger.
