This July, Lucknam Park Cookery School is proud to announce a collaboration with L’Albereta, Franciacorta in Italy. Executive Chef Fabio Abbattista and Chenot Chef Mirko Bettoni will be teaching participants how to make the healthier Henri Chenot detox dishes.

Dishes include:

  • Vegan Maki-Sushi
  • Brown risotto with tomato and olives
  • Chilly with tofu and pea puree
  • Tapioca pralines with orange and passion fruit

Henri Chenot is an internationally recognised doctor known for his results-driven “Chenot Method” based on his ground-breaking theories on healthy living. The detox diet is a purifying “hypo-toxic” diet with the power to shift toxins and to boost the natural cleansing functions of the liver. The detox diet is almost exclusively based on non-animal foods, with no salt or saturated fats, but lots of fresh organic and vegan foods to provide plenty of vitamins and mineral salts.

The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of a chef’s jacket and apron. Please advise of any food allergies at the time of booking.

This is a half day course which costs £95 per person.

Course registration begins at 09:30am for a 10:00am start. The course will finish at approximately 2:00pm.
