ODE – true food at Ness Cove in Shaldon, Devon, will host two evenings of its event ‘The Hunter and The Chef’: a three-course set menu from award-winning ODE’s chef and co-owner Tim Bouget, and a butchery masterclass and talk with qualified hunter and local legend Bob Reade.
The seasonal menu will include a chargrilled Haldon fallow deer steak dish for main, and a dessert of local damsons crumble.
