Add a touch of tropical to your weekend with this deliciously fruity cocktail from Salcombe Gin made with smooth vermouth, punchy passionfruit and a dash of prosecco
Salcombe Gin ‘Start Point’ 50ml
Knightor White Vermouth 15ml
Passionfruit pulp 25ml
Fresh lime juice 25ml
Vanilla syrup 20ml
Pineapple bitters 1 drop
Miraculous Foaming Bitters ¼ pippet
Prosecco a dash
1. Chill a martini glass.
2. Add all the ingredients to a boston shaker.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
4. Double strain the mixture using a strainer into the martini glass.
5. Top with a dash of prosecco.
