Or pick the cool blues of the seashell‑adorned Alexandra Restaurant for evening feasting; it’s especially pretty by the glow of candlelight.

Wherever you dine, expect an elegant menu swimming with freshly caught local fish and shellfish such as lobster and hand-dived scallops.

Trencherman’s tip: For a romantic occasion, private dining for two in the Lookout Tower is a special option. And if your significant other says ‘yes’, you could even return to get hitched in the hotel’s old chapel.
