For a light and zingy dish, Cornish crab quiche with lemon mayo and chamomile hits the spot, while heartier appetites will appreciate the indulgence of loin of Cotswold venison with red cabbage, blackberries and sauce grand veneur, or veal ribeye with tongue, cheek, onion and truffle.

Pre-dinner drinks can be enjoyed in the ritzy cocktail lounge, which has a 360-degree bar where visitors can perch on blush-pink stools while their server rustles up cocktails or pours spirits from an extensive drinks list.
