With summer sunshine on the way, thoughts turn to refreshingly cool cocktails. Those looking to take a zesty twist on tradition will love taking a trip to the Amalfi coast with our inspiration for cocktails with limoncello. We predict the iconic Italian liqueur , with its sweet yet tangy punch, is going to be front and centre of cocktail menus this summer, and this standout addition to your warm-weather repertoire is a guaranteed hit.

This particular cocktail blends the botanical complexity of gin with the dryness of vermouth, the zesty sweetness of limoncello, a splash of tonic water for effervescence, and a dash of orange bitters to tie it together. The result is an invigorating yet refined drink, light enough for afternoon garden parties, yet bold enough to serve as an elegant evening aperitif.

Served over ice with a twist of blood orange or a sprig of fresh mint, this limoncello-infused cocktail is a vibrant celebration of summer flavours. For those looking to explore cocktails with limoncello, this is a rather delicious place to start.
