Plump for a selection of cicchetti snacks to start, inspired by Italian, British and Mediterranean seasonal dishes. Highlights include confit beef-brisket bon bons with a red pepper coulis and pickled red onions, and sautéed Italian peach with burratini, fresh basil and toasted almonds.
