Introducing Trencherman’s Suppers

One-off dining events from across the South West food and drink scene

Trencherman’s Suppers bring together standout restaurants, chefs and producers for one-off dining events across the South West.

Trencherman’s has always been about more than simply finding somewhere to eat. We want to celebrate the chefs, restaurants, ideas and relationships that make the region’s dining scene what it is, and these suppers will create an opportunity to see what happens when some of those people share a kitchen.

First up are two dinners this October featuring Ayesha Kalaji of Queen of Cups alongside Jack Briggs-Horan and Dan O’Regan of Lapin and BANK.

Queen of Cups × Lapin

October 8 · 6.30pm · Queen of Cups, Glastonbury

Ayesha Kalaji welcomes Jack Briggs-Horan and the Lapin team to Glastonbury for a specially created six-course menu combining the two restaurants’ different approaches to cooking.

The menu brings together Middle Eastern flavours, seasonal produce and contemporary French influences, with courses created by both chefs.

Queen of Cups × BANK

October 22 · 6.30pm · BANK, Bristol

Two weeks later, Ayesha and the Queen of Cups team head to Bristol to join Jack and Dan at BANK.

This second menu takes the collaboration in a different direction, bringing together Queen of Cups’ Middle Eastern cooking with BANK’s fire-led approach.
