We’ve teamed up with Zacry’s on the sea wall for the chance to win a three-course dinner for four with English fizz overlooking one of Cornwall’s most celebrated stretches of coast
Sitting on the sea wall above Watergate Bay, Zacry’s pairs its spectacular setting with modern Cornish cooking that puts seasonal, local produce firmly centre stage. Executive head chef Chris Eden – the first Cornish-born chef to earn a Michelin star in Cornwall – leads a kitchen whose approach is confident, thoughtful and refreshingly unfussy.
Menus make the most of the region’s produce, with dishes including pork belly and scallop with apple, coriander, sea buckthorn and hazelnut, and a honey and white chocolate parfait with Cornish mead and lemon thyme.
Come for the cooking, stay for the view – with enough time to linger over a glass of Nyetimber Blanc de Blancs (included in the prize) while the surfers catch the last waves of the day.
Competition terms & conditions
The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of the Promoters, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
Watergate Bay Hotel/ Zacry’s assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.
Prize
One winner will receive:
- Dinner for four people at Zacry’s at Watergate Bay, Cornwall. Applies to our three-course menu, priced at £85pp.
- One bottle of Nyetimber Blanc de Blancs subject to availability, or equivalent at the Zacry’s team’s discretion. The bottle can be drunk during dinner at Zacry’s or taken home.
- Prize monetary equivalent is £440.
- Valid until 22 December 2027, bookings subject to availability, and excludes bookings during school holidays.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
The prize does not include:
- Travel or transport costs;
- Additional food or drinks outside those included within the stated prize;
- Accommodation;
- Any other personal expenses.
Entrants acknowledge that the Nyetimber element of the prize is only available to persons aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Please drink responsibly.
The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make this necessary.

- The winner will be notified within 7 days of the closing date of the prize draw via email.
- The winner’s name may be published on our website after the closing date of the prize draw.
- The prize is non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

- Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond our reasonable control and accordingly we may at our absolute discretion vary or amend the prize draw and the entrant agrees that we shall have no liability as a result thereof.
