Sloe raspberry fizz

Charlotte Stainforth of Frobishers in Devon shares her sloe and raspberry fizz cocktail recipe

You will need

Frobishers Sloe & Raspberry Cordial
Lyme Bay Winery’s Brut Reserve
Raspberries
Mint

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add all of the ingredients and shake until the shaker feels cold to the touch.
  3. Strain the Appletini into a martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
