As ever, dinner will be prepared by the hosts and last year’s award winners.
Cooking this year is Mark Dodson of The Masons Arms (starter), Michael Smith of Porthminster Beach Café (fish course), Jamie Gulliford of Salcombe Harbour Hotel (main) and Dorian Janmaat of The Idle Rocks (dessert). Each course will be paired with the finest wines from Hallgarten and Novum and beer from Sharp’s Brewery.
The evening will start with a Champagne reception featuring exquisite canapés, and will finish with petits fours and coffee.
As the hotel has lots of rooms, it’s an opportunity to stay the night in this beautiful location with its spa and nearby beaches.
