We need you! Even though restaurants can’t open right now, we want you to help us show restaurants how much we all appreciate them – and encourage them to hang in there. Here’s how you can vote for your favourites in the 2021 Virtual Trencherman’s Awards

Trencherman’s restaurants are some of the very the best in the South West and are to be found in dining pubs as well as foodie hotels, and in slick city locations as much as in glamorous country manor houses . They play a hugely important part in our regional food culture by:

Supporting South West farmers, producers and fishermen by buying locally caught, reared and grown top-quality food and drink
Providing creative professional jobs in hospitality
Creating life-affirming experiences for everybody

They’re also an important reason so many discerning tourists flock to the South West throughout the year.

We’re asking you to spread the love by voting for your favourite Trencherman’s restaurants in the 2021 Virtual Trencherman’s Awards.

Maybe you’d like to say ‘thank you’ for the good times you’ve had over the years at a particular restaurant or maybe you’d like to give a chef or front of house team recognition. And, this year, you can also reward establishments who have provided excellent gourmet takeaway services in lockdown.

Simply cast a vote in each category and, importantly, tell us why you’ve chosen them – this year we’ll share the positive comments to give the restaurants a boost at this challenging time.
