Boringdon Hall’s restaurant, Àclèaf, is an intimate and romantic setting in which to delight in tasting experiences crafted by talented head chef Scott Paton and team. This autumn, diners can look forward to Scott’s new autumn tasting menu with menu highlights such as scallop, taco and coriander; venison mushroom and tarragon; and duck egg, hazelnut and pear. The house sommelier has matched each dish on the new menu with a pick from the house cellar, and there is also the opportunity to add the expertly paired wine flight.
