To kick off 2019, two new tasting menus have arrived in Dan Moon at The Gainsborough Restaurant.
The 5-course menu includes dishes such as chicken tea with textures of onion, sautéed scallop with shellfish risotto, yuzu, king prawn seaweed and smoked filet of beef with pané quail egg, foie gras and fennel. For dessert, treat yourself to a refreshing lemon mousse with cranberry sorbet, lemon balm, meringue and passion fruit.
If you’re after more, the 7-course menu includes Jerusalem artichoke velouté served with goat’s curd, black truffle and sherry vinegar gel. For a little indulgence, the dark chocolate delice with salted caramel ice cream, hazelnuts, and vanilla is definitely not one to be missed.
