Ed Hughes, beer sommelier at Sharp’s Brewery, shares his favourite beer-infused daiquiri recipe
You will need
Golden rum 50ml
Lime juice 25ml
Sugar syrup 15ml
Doom Bar 35ml
Lime a slice, to garnish
- Put the rum, lime juice, sugar syrup and Doom Bar in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 10-12 seconds.
- Strain into a goblet or Martini glass and garnish with a slice of lime.
