This flavoursome beauty is crafted with rosé vermouth, limoncello and orange bitters – a perfectly tempting tipple for these lingering sunny summer days

Serves 1

Salcombe Gin Start Point 25ml
Rosé vermouth 25ml
Limoncello 15ml
Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water 100ml
Orange bitters a splash

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  2. Add the Salcombe Gin ‘Start Point’, rosé vermouth and limoncello.
  3. Add the tonic and orange bitters.
  4. Stir gently, then garnish with a slice of dried or fresh blood orange and a sprig of mint.
