Tomáš Čisty of London’s 12 Hay Hill and The Wrecking Coast Distillery have collaborated to give your G&T a fiery twist, using the distillery’s new Cornerstone gin

Serves 1

Cornerstone Rare Cornish Gin 50ml
Fever-Tree Ginger Ale to top up
Fresh lime
2 wedges
Dried apple crown to garnish

Method

  1. Fill a Collins glass with cubed ice.
  2. Pour over the gin then top up with the ginger ale.
  3. Squeeze in the juice of the lime.
  4. Garnish with a dried apple crown and serve.
