Chef Nicholas Balfe has launched a series of exclusive foraging experiences from his restaurant with rooms, Holm. From wild garlic and elderflower to jack by the hedge and jelly ear mushrooms, these foraging experiences aim to highlight the wealth of local ingredients to be found in the woodlands, fields, and hedgerows. Guests will then return to Holm for an interactive demo, followed by a multi-course foraged feast.

Bank, Bristol
The team behind highly successful Bank are opening a new restaurant in April. Lapin is centrally located in Cargo, Wapping Wharf, and will offer diners seasonal French cuisine with a contemporary twist. Follow the team’s Instagram page to follow the journey.

Yak Yeti Yak is celebrating two birthdays this year. The restaurant turns 21 this month, while the charity that owners Sarah and Sera Gurung set up, YYY Foundation (which works to advance education and help prevent and relieve poverty in Nepal), is turning ten. To celebrate, the team are aiming to raise a whopping £25,000 towards the charity and the fundraising efforts kick off with a monthly draw for a £50 voucher to use in the restaurant. Entries cost just £2.

Chef Ayesha Kalaji and team are welcoming their friends from The Dog at Wingham in Kent to collaborate for one night only at the celebrated Glastonbury restaurant. Expect a flavour-packed special menu featuring the likes of belper knolle cheese doughnut with px shallots, and braised rabbit vine leaf with a preserved bergamot.
