Dune at Fistral Beach Hotel and Spa

Overlooking Fistral Beach, this grown-ups-only hotel combines contemporary coastal styling, sea views and a restaurant with a relaxed resort atmosphere.

The ocean-facing Dune restaurant is led by head chef Pablo Borruto, whose menus focus on local produce and dishes influenced by the surrounding coastline. Guests dine while taking in panoramic views of the Atlantic and surfers riding the waves.

Dishes include oyster reginette pasta with clams and parsley, alongside duck breast with duck leg dauphine, carrot, orange and spiced duck jus. Desserts include combinations such as arctic roll with rhubarb, custard ice cream and white chocolate ganache.

Beyond the restaurant, the hotel’s spa, sweeping sea views and Bay Bar reinforce its contemporary resort feel. Cocktails include creations such as the Oh My Mango! with Connie Glaze lemon sherbet vodka, mango and apricot, alongside local craft beers.
