The hotel’s flagship restaurant, RenMor, is led by executive chef Gavin Edney and framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that make the most of the ocean views and peachy sunsets.

Its menus balance indulgence with a nod to the coastal setting. Expect dishes like RenMor’s twice-baked cheese soufflé with seven-year-old Davidstow cheddar and thyme cream, alongside South Coast lobster gently poached and returned to the shell with mushroom duxelles and sautéed spinach, glazed with sauce nantaise and served with buttered Cornish potatoes and salad.

RenMor is open all day for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.
