The Clockspire’s renowned Sunday lunch (£40 for 2 courses, £50 for 3 courses) features locally sourced free-range beef from the Blackmore Vale Butchery which is aged for 31 days, then seared on a charcoal grill before being roasted to perfection by head chef Luke Bryant and team. Roth Bar has launched a new brunch menu along with new opening hours to reflect this. The arty venue is now open on a Wednesday and from 9am every day so everyone can make the most of the brunch offering.
